Returns & Exchanges

At Loot Crate, we want you to love your gear, so if your fashion haul isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Loot

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
